Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return, refund, or size exchange.

Eligibility Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The item must have nothing that would make it appear in less than mint condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, size, or color). A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any return not due to error.
  • For orders placed under a free shipping promotion, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Moon Ridge will be deducted from any refund. For a standard hat, this cost is approximately $15, and will be based on Moon Ridge's actual shipping expense with no markup to the customer.

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
