Shipping Policy

At Moon Ridge Company, every order is packed and shipped with care to ensure your hat arrives in great condition. Once your package leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once tracking shows acceptance by the carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional time before shipping. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do not guarantee delivery dates or times once an order has been accepted by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment. If your order shows as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. Rafter M Hat Company is unable to replace or refund packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance and delivery tracking. If you would like to add shipping insurance, please contact us before placing your order or immediately after checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Transit times vary by destination and customs clearance processes.
