Neck: measure around the base of your neck.
Chest: measure under your arms and at the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: measure around your waist at the narrowest point.
Sleeve: measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, and down to your wrist.
Hip/Seat: measure around the fullest part of your hip and buttock.
