Stetson Open Road 6X
Shantung straw, cut to the Open Road's clean dress-western line. It sits light and it breathes, which is what you want when the day runs long and the sun sits high.

Sizing Chart and Instructions
See the video below for a step-by-step guide.
Take a tape measure (a sewing tape measure works best, but not required).
Rest the tape approximately two fingers above your brow (about 1½") and about ⅛" above the ear. Right where the hat band would normally sit.
Tape should be firm but not tight. It should wrap straight across your mid-forehead.
Make sure it stays level all the way around your head (not dipping down behind your ears).
Check the sizing chart below.
If you are in between sizes, go with the bigger size.
We include sizers with every purchase that will help you make a hat that's a little too big fit.

Why only two letters?
We just think it looks classier. We have branded hundreds if not thousands of hats, and we think two letters gives it a really classy look.
How do you arrange the letters?
Under the brim, we brand them side by side. On the crown, we stack and stagger them.
Cattleman crown up top. The brim stays modest, so the silhouette reads trim rather than broad. A grosgrain hatband wraps the base, finished with a Stetson pin. Straw earns its keep in warm weather, and this one holds a tidy shape while it does. Try it on at 2218 N College Ave in Fayetteville, or we'll ship it to you.
Most sizes on this one are already down to a single hat. If yours shows sold out, reach out or book a free fitting — we'll tell you when it's restocked or point you to a hat that sits the same way.
