Measure 1/8th Inch Above The Ear. Right where the hat band would normally sit.
Tape should be firm but not tight. The tape should wrap straight across your mid-forehead. Roughly one inch above your eyebrows.
Make sure it stays level all the way around your head (not dipping down behind your ears).

If you are in between sizes, go with the bigger size.
We will include sizers with each purchase, this can used to add up to tighten the hat for SMALL adjustments if it is slightly too big.
