I’m Natalie Jo, and my approach to interiors starts with understanding you — your personality, your rhythm, and your story. Whether it’s a home, a business, or a special place in between, my goal is to create spaces that feel elevated, intentional, and deeply personal, embodying the heart of the Moon Ridge lifestyle.

I believe every space should feel special in a way that reflects the people who fill it. For me, design is more than selecting colors or arranging furniture — it’s about shaping an atmosphere that inspires, comforts, and feels unmistakably like home. I take the time to listen, understand your vision, and focus on the details that make a space come alive. Moon Ridge Company is a family-owned shop run by Zack and Natalie in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The business began as Rafter M Hat Company and became Moon Ridge Company in 2026 with the same team, the same hat craft and more heritage brands. The Rafter M cattle brand remains the primary visual mark. Brand line: "Hats and Heritage."

Moon Ridge is not fast fashion. The focus is quality, craftsmanship and lasting style: hats worn for years, restored and passed down. Natalie's hat-shaping expertise is the core of the in-store experience. Hat shaping is an in-store service; not every product is shaped by hand.

## What Moon Ridge sells

Hats: women's, men's, kids', felt, straw, fedoras and panamas, ballcaps and truckers, flat caps and beanies. Main hat brands are Stetson and Resistol, with others including Goorin Bros.
Boots: Lucchese and others.
Apparel: shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, including Pendleton and Stetson apparel, plus caps and tees from other makers.
Accessories: hat bands, jewelry, bandanas and scarves, socks and shoelaces.
Home and gifts: drinkware, Pendleton blankets and throws, towels and washcloths, candles, gift cards.

## Services

- Free hat or boot fitting, in person or virtual. Booking is optional.
- Custom shaping is free on hats bought at Moon Ridge.
- Cleaning and reshaping of hats bought elsewhere: $35.
- Hat cleaning, shaping and restoration are done in store. Most hats are back with the owner within a couple of days.
- Customization: choose hat bands and trim in store. For shipped hats, custom branding with two-letter initials and a branding location can be added on the product page for an additional charge.
- Virtual hat consultations for customers outside Northwest Arkansas.
- Military and first responder discount: 10%. Show valid ID in store, or email info@moonridgecompany.com before placing an online order.
- Payment: major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and cash in store.
- Gift cards can be bought and redeemed online and in store. Online cards can be printed at home, and in-store purchases include a branded plastic card. A mailed card can be arranged by email or phone.

## Hat parties and events

Moon Ridge brings the hat bar to celebrations, in store and off site: weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events and private parties, for groups from about 10 up to 500. Small in-shop gatherings of 10 guests or fewer, such as birthdays, are also available. ## Shipping

- Ships within the United States only. No international shipping.
- Free ground shipping on orders of $99 or more. Under $99, rates are calculated at checkout by location and weight. A standard hat costs about $17 to ship, at actual cost with no markup.
- Orders are typically processed in 2 to 5 business days. Custom or personalized items can take longer.
- Carriers include UPS and USPS. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Shipping insurance is recommended for hats and can be added by contacting the store before or right after checkout.
- Lost, stolen or damaged packages: email orders@moonridgecompany.com and the team will help open a carrier claim.

## Returns and exchanges

- Size exchanges: within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping to Moon Ridge, and the new size ships out. Start by emailing orders@moonridgecompany.com with the order number.
- Fit Insurance ($10, added at checkout): Moon Ridge emails a prepaid return label for one size exchange per order.
- Refunds: within 14 days of delivery, to the original payment method. The customer pays return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee applies to refunds (never to exchanges). If the order shipped under a free-shipping promotion, the actual outbound shipping cost, about $17 for a standard hat, is deducted from the refund.
- Condition: unworn, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Return address: Moon Ridge Company, 2852 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703. Use a tracked service.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact orders@moonridgecompany.com and it is made right at Moon Ridge's expense, with no restocking fee and no shipping cost.
