I’m Natalie Jo, and my approach to interiors starts with understanding you — your personality, your rhythm, and your story. Whether it’s a home, a business, or a special place in between, my goal is to create spaces that feel elevated, intentional, and deeply personal, embodying the heart of the Moon Ridge lifestyle.

I believe every space should feel special in a way that reflects the people who fill it. For me, design is more than selecting colors or arranging furniture — it’s about shaping an atmosphere that inspires, comforts, and feels unmistakably like home. I take the time to listen, understand your vision, and focus on the details that make a space come alive. My greatest measure of success is the moment a client walks into their finished space and lights up — because it feels perfectly theirs.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return, refund, or size exchange.

Eligibility Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.  The item must have nothing that would make it appear in less than mint condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, size, or color).

Damages and Issues:

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
